Cindy Marie Mitchell, 66, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Conway Medical Center. She was born February 16, 1957 in Montour, PA, a daughter of the late David Elmer Moyle and Anna Pauline Brown Moyle.

Mrs. Mitchell is predeceased by her parents, and brothers, David Elmer Moyle Jr and John William Moyle.

Cindy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved going to the beach, canning,

making spaghetti sauce and salsa. She loved spending time with her family and always taking care of anyone in need. Cindy enjoyed being outside and loved her animals.

Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her husband, the love of her life, of forty-nine years, Richard E. Mitchell Sr; son, Richard Eugene Mitchell Jr. (Missy Miller); daughter, PaulaMarie Mitchell (Douglas Van Der Pool); brothers, Daniel Kenneth Moyle (Joyce) and Michael James Moyle (Vicki); five grandchildren, Cheyenne Emery (Brandon), Michaela Mathis (Tyler Connolly), Myah J. Mitchell, Kannon Mitchell, Lola Mitchell; two step grandchildren, Lily and Mekhi and many other family and friends who will miss her.
