Billy Ray Fowler, 61, passed away on June 7, 2022 at MUSC in Charleston. He was born July 15, 1960 in Conway, a son of the late Bethel H Fowler and Clara Benson Fowler.

He was predeceased by brothers, James Fowler and Willie B Fowler

Mr. Fowler was a loving brother, uncle and friend to all. He was a member of Voice of Faith Church and a deacon there for many years, He always enjoyed fishing, and loved spending time with his family.

Mr. Fowler is survived by his brother, Bobby Fowler (Dianne); sisters, Irene Murphy (Mike) and Ruther Bauer, along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, June 10 ^th , 2022 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Pastor Bennita Herring officiating.

Burial will follow at Westside Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 12:45 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.
