Bertis Edward Todd, 77, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born November 4, 1947 in Horry County, SC. Bert was the son of the late Joe Donnie Todd, Sr. and Virginia Fayette Gore Todd. Prior to retirement, Bert was self-employed as an HVAC technician. Bert also served in the US Army.

In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his brother, Billy Wayne Todd.

Mr. Todd is survived by his sons, Kevin E. Todd and Bryan Todd (Teresa); daughter, Tara Todd Riggins; brothers, Joe Donnie Todd and Roy Todd (Willa Faye); sister, Doretha Fowler; a special friend, Judy Barnes; five grandchildren, Aaron Dandridge, Tori Horan (James), Brianna Todd, Brandon Todd and Preston Todd; one great- grandson, Noah Horan along with many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 2pm at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Roger Chestnut officiating.
