Annie "MeMe" Gasque Register, 71, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024 at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born September 2, 1952 in Conway, a daughter of the late Elijah Gasque and Mildred Cooper Gasque.

She was also predeceased by her sisters, Shirley Gasque Johnson and Curlie Gasque Norton; brothers, Joseph Gasque and Jesse James Gasque.

Annie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was Co-Owner and Operator of Registers Machine Shop with her husband, Dan Register Jr.. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time at the river house. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church where she enjoyed serving her Lord and Savior. Her favorite thing was spending time with her family, especially her grandboys.

Mrs. Register is survived by her husband of fifty-one years, Dan Register Jr.; one son Donnie Register (Susanna); one daughter, Dana Register Rabon (Justin Carter); two sisters, Fannie Ellis (Charlie) and Sheila Gasque; two grandchildren; Daniel Lee Register and Dayson Eli Rabon; many nieces and nephews, along with many other family and friends who will miss her.

A Funeral Service will be held 3:30 pm Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Lindsey Brown and Justin Carter officiating.

Burial will follow at Antioch Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 3:15pm at the funeral home prior to the service.
