Anna Katherine "Katie" Martin, 30, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023 at her residence. She was born February 15, 1993 in Lexington, KY, a daughter of Jeffrey Allen and Karan Lynn Dickens Kersey.

Katie was a beautiful and loving wife and mother, who adored her children and put them before anything else. She was a spitfire with a positive impact on everyone's life she encountered and that space will never be filled.

Katie is survived by her husband, James Derek Martin; children, Everleigh Cori-Curie Martin and Elleree Amelia-Alexandria Martin; siblings, Jeffrey Kersey Jr. (Lindsey), Joel Kersey, Jaylin Kersey, Jawhan Kersey, James Kersey, Ashleigh Wade (Andrew), Jacqulyn Bright (Ronald), Stacy Kersey, Ranae Kersey, Azeeza Kersey and Mariah Kersey, along with many other family and friends who will miss her.

A Graveside Service will be held 2pm, Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Hillcrest Cemetery.
