Andy Broughton Jr, 60, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 at Regency Hospital in Florence. He was born July 20, 1964 in Louisville Ky, a son of the late Andy Broughton Sr. and Oneida Faye Montgomery Broughton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Willard and brother, Jackie Broughton.

Mr. Broughton took great pride in his work as a Journeyman Treeman, in the utility line clearing industry. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Andy enjoyed traveling, fishing, Minecraft video games, and spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Broughton is survived by his wife, Teri Broughton, of 45 years; a son, Andrew W. Broughton; his daughters, Mandi Pershon (Donald), Sandra Causey (Neil), and Cheryl Broughton; a brother, Buster Broughton (Sheliah); sisters, Linda Schilling, Judith Smith, Carolyn Grubb, and Cathy Hedges (Steve); grandchildren, Jacob Pershon, Lucas Pershon, and Ashley Gainey (Jesse) and many other family and friends who will miss him.

A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
