Andrew Wayne Foley, 37, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Born November 6, 1987 in Charleston, he was the son of Pamela Michelle Whaley Hall and the late Dean Wayne Foley.

He was also predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Vernon Lee and Inez Foley, who Andrew was very close to and maternal grandparents, Ralph S. Whaley and Judy W. Gibson (Phillip).

Andrew was a loving husband, son, father, brother and friend. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, playing cards and spending time with his family. Andrew served in the United States Army and was a disabled veteran.

Mr. Foley is survived by his mother and stepfather, Pamela Michelle Whaley Hall and Rev. Chris Hall; step-mother, Teresa M. Foley; spouse of thirteen years, Jessi M. Hathaway; children, Lily Makayla Foley, Brooklyn Leigh Foley and Madison McKlayne Foley; his brothers, who admired him greatly, Samuel C. Hall and Alexander D. Foley; his sister and  best friend, Jessica M. Foley-Solley (Justin), Alexis D. Foley, Charidy Cribb, Lindsey Godwin (Brent), Sarah C. Wethington (Charley) and Rachel C. Saunders (Ryan); his service dog, Chippy Foley; many aunts, uncles and cousins, along with many other family and friends who loved him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be 3pm, Sunday, July 27, 2025 at New Sandy Hill OFWB Church Cemetery, 8021 New Sandy Hill Road, Bailey, NC 27807.
