Almiena Mew Finch, 89, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Compass Post Acute Rehabilitation. She was born August 13, 1935 in Horry County, a daughter of the late Harvey Mew and Catherine McCormick Mew.

She was also predeceased by her husband, James Finch; granddaughter, Meghan Finch; siblings, Cecil Mew, Allan Mew, Samuel Mew and Cleona Mew Morgan.

Mrs. Finch is survived by her sons, Leonard Finch and James Finch; daughter, Catherine Finch Faulk; brothers, Harvey Mew Jr. and Dennis Mew; sister, Cecilia Markum; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss her.
